The Virginia Voltmeter is back with better theme music, slightly more sophisticated graphics, and less of me talking and more of other people.

UPDATE: It appears YouTube videos can’t be embedded in the VA aggregator, and my experiment with a different compression method results in the whole thing looking like crap. Next video will look better.
