Delegate Dave “Eggplant” Albo recently moved to successfully kill Creigh Deeds’ non-partisan redistricting bill, which miraculously passed the Senate before being slain before House Privileges and Elections, along with similar efforts by half a dozen other delegates.

Well, Delegate Albo will be sorry if Democrats retake control of the House in time. If they do, I demand that they give Del. Albo a taste of his own medicine. It should look something like this first draft I discovered lying around at a House Democratic Caucus meeting on the back of a napkin:

EDIT: Albo moved to kill Brian Moran’s version. The Deeds bill is up before committee this Friday, where I surmise it may suffer the same fate.
